Afritude is a veteran South African functions band from Durban
that has been performing for corporate events, weddings, and private parties for over two decades. Known for their versatility, the band covers a wide range of music from the 1960s to present-day hits, including popular South African songs.
Formation: Afritude was formed in the 1990s as a three-piece band by founding members Derrick Jacob (bass guitar), Sylvester Dunn (vocals), and Michael Jacob, who later left the group.
