THE hearing of the head of the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) Andrea Johnson has been postponed to an undisclosed date after she was rushed to hospital with an undisclosed illness.
Johnson was due to appear before the Madlanga Commission today, Monday. Her testimony was under intense scrutiny as it emerged that there were irregularities in the case involving police chief General Feroz Khan.
Her lawyer Bhodlani told the commission that he received a call from Johnson’s bodyguard, informing him that his client had been rushed to hospital. He provided the commission with a doctor’s note.
Madlanga criticised the letter, saying it lacked detail and was similar to other letters he had received before.zigxeke.
