- Smart Routing: Directs patients automatically to the most appropriate pathway, including GP appointments, pharmacies, A&E, community services, or self-care advice.
- Rollout Timeline: Reaching more than 200,000 patients within the next 12 months, with a full rollout to all NHS App users completed by April 2028.
